Changed Number by Mistake – Need Old Number Back

Hi — I accidentally changed my phone number on my Public Mobile eSIM. I want to know if my old number is still available and if it can be reassigned to my account. Please let me know what steps I need to take.

How long ago did this happen?

@Si8 When you change number it'll be returned to the carrier you got from.. it's gone.

If its from PM/ Telus & PM then you have a chance to get it back. Please send a message to PM agents asking for help.

If not then open a new line with that carrier  and porting out that number to your current PM. It will cost you a bit.
