I still have not been able to change my visa number. Perhaps time to look for different provider

Unfortunately, there is a problem with the system which Public Mobile is aware of and I've not yet corrected.
Do not open a ticket with them as they cannot help with updating credit card information for security purposes (unless you want to complain)
They will tell you same basic workarounds that we are telling you to do.
Just got to keep trying 🤞.

@Buckmaster - Go to myaccount.publicmobile.ca > Payments > Manage Subscription > Manage Payment Method.
On app go to Payment > Update Card Information.
If it is erroring out for you contact CS_Agent, wait 24 hours, or buy Public Mobile Payment Vouchers.
