To update your credit card info....
- Log into your self serve account.
- If you have disabled 2FA verification enable it on your profile page.
- Go to the payments page.
- Click on manage your payment method.
- Update your card details and save the changes.
- If you wish to disable 2FA again return to your profile page to do so.
- Return to the payment page and double check that your updated card details appear there.
- If you want to be extra, extra sure your card will work make a top up payment for your next plan renewal to ensure the card does work. The payment system will take your plan amount from your available funds rather than use autopay.
Before you log out you may want to check out the limited time only $40/15gb plan available to existing customers. If that appeals to you schedule a plan change on next renewal to get that plan before it expires likely on October 31st at 11:59:59pm eastern. Public mobile will honor scheduled plan changes after the plan offer expires.
Then log out.😁
