Change subscription

I’m unable to change my subscription to a plan that is lower then the present one…the only options available are the most expensive one.

hi @Lucie99 

you can only choose plans available on your My Account 's Change Subscription page.  if you don't see the plan there, you won't be able to change to that.  But keep checking, good plans come and go

Unfortunately, Public Mobile only permits existing clients to change plans that are available on their account. Each of us have targeted plans. In general, finding lower priced plans is not easy as Public Mobile tends to push higher priced plans to their clients. That said, if you log into your account regularly to view your available plans that are offered to you, you might get lucky and find a cheaper plan. Good luck 🙂
