I was on a old $25 plan. I changed to new $19 plan. Now one month passed they changed me back to$25 plan. Do I need to keep checking and change back to $19 every month?

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on then login to the PM app and see if your plan has changed to the $19 plan.

If you've changed it and it reverted back, you would need to create a ticket.

@Wayloo login to your account using Incognito mode, check if plan shows $19 or $25
if wrong plan shows and charged, open to ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot button. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
