Change points redemption?

I accidentally redeemed my public points for the wrong thing. Can I change it from Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 5GB Data Bundle (30 days) to a $20 bill credit?

yes, you likely can do that, but it needs PM support agent to help.  They will either change it for you directly or reverse the points for you and you need to redeem it after

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
