I changed my plan from a 2gb to a 60 gb. This change was to take place next billing cycle which was February 28/26. We are now in March, still have 2 gb.

Login to your account on the PM app and check if the plan have changed then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If that didn’t help then contact a CS_Agent to investigate and help you change the plan.
