My subscription change didn’t work I was supposed to be changed to 39.00 20gb plan

while you wait to hear back from CSA, try logging in to your account on a laptop...confirm of old plan is still indicated.

@Sukemank12  is it just day 1 of the cycle ?  if it is early into the new cycle, support likely able to help

please message them and see if they can change to the $39 plan for you today

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

 No it didn’t work still says I’m on my old $40 plan with only 5gb. My payment date is almost here again on June 24

@Sukemank12   what you meant by didn't work?  the new plan now show up?

it could be just browser cache problem and you were reading old cached page.

Please login My Account again using Incognito mode, check the Plan details and check the Payment history to confirm PM charged you the new plan charge $39
