Hi
can you help me change my plan to a lower one? I don’t use the internet that much I need to go with the lowest plan possible.

Please note that we are members like you so have a family member help you change plan on the PM app on your phone or website.

you can only change to plans showing on your My Account -> Change Subscription page, no one can help you, not even PM , if the plan not there
so, if there is not a cheaper plan there, sorry, you cannot change to it at this moment. Check again later
