Hi how to change email on account

You can only change the email address on your account with the help from a CS_Agent. You can create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

The hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.

You can't do that yourself.

You'll have to have a customer service agent do that for you.

@Goodlife062404   if you meant the email used in My Account, Only PM Support can help.  Open a "forgot password" type ticket with  PM support and ask for their help:

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
