Hi
i need to change the email on my account.
I tried through eversafe, however it keeps giving an error of “failed policy validation”
how do I change it?

use a laptop, but first use incognito mode. Log in to your account > Profile ----> Manage Eversafe ID...you should be able to change it in there.

If you tried to change using Manage EverSafe ID on Profile page (or Account page on the app) , then it was the correct page
But make sure the email is not being used on another EverSafe login (PM or Telus). One email is only good for one account on EverSafe
If that email is not currently tied with another account, try again using Incognito/private/secret mode of your browser, try using PM app
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
