Change e-sim setting to sim card setting.

Stuck in activation. E-sim not available on phone. Already indicated e-sim during subscription and now must change it to sim card.

@Pearl123 did you receive an email from Public Mobile with a QR code to scan for the eSIM? If so, have a look in you phone's settings to see if there is an eSIM listed.

If you did not receive an email or you are not seeing the eSIM in your phone's settings you will need to contact a CS agent by clicking on the orange circle in the bottom right corner, then type: Customer Support Agent

First buy a physical Public Mobile sim from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon.

when you have the sim, message PM here and they will update the sim card number
