This is one of several issues in the Community that can only be resolved by a moderator. Click ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time may take a few hours or sooner and within a day, from my experience.

If by chance you mean your voicemail PIN, that one can be changed via the selfserve portal under "Plan and Add-Ons" > "Reset Voicemail Password"
Otherwise for the 611 PIN, yes you'll need to contact a moderator as previously mentioned.

You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it.
