Yes, I hear you. Creating ticket is preferred way but in my experience providing correct credentials does not work every time.
If you are desperate contact agent directly or try creating ticket using different browser or later during the day.

I mean, everything from the OLD email is forwarded to my NEW one anyway, I just wanted to get it all updated.
I'll try again later, I guess. Or give up here and leave it as is.

Only agent can change your email address.
To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

You will require a CS_Agent to help you change your email. Private message them on this Community page with the envelope icon. They will need to verify your credentials.
