That’s what I did. I updated with iTunes, Did a Network Reset. Changed Sim to an other iPhone still the same. I’m on a 3GB data and everything looks good on the account. I can’t figure out how to make it work.

@shkendajashanic   phone calls working?

@shkendajashanic

Hmmm strange, you just have to wait for a CS_Agent to reply to your ticket then.

@shkendajashanic

I have a couple of iPhones with iOS 15.3.1 and no issues.

You might want to reinstall the update with iTunes on your desktop or laptop but remember to backup on iCloud before you reinstall.

Here's how to contact Customer Service, @shkendajashanic , should the earlier replies not help to remedy your concerns:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or,
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

What's with Apple and these updates anyhow.

Great opening post @shkendajashanic . Usually members have to ask all these questions to get down to the nitty gritty.

Seems this has been affected since your software date.

Here was a solution from past beta issues, but your version is a bit different:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Fix-for-iOS-15-4-19E5209h-Data-issue-Reso...

I will go old school.

  • Ensure your data option is turned on.
  • Ensure you have data left on your plan, by checking out your self serve account and ensuring the Data line exists under the overview TAB, in the "My Data & Add-Ons" section. If it doesn't exist, then you likely used up your data allotment for this cycle.
  • Have you rebooted your phone lately, try that.
  • Also try a reset of your network settings.

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

@shkendajashanic   You sure it is 15.3.1 and not 15.4 Beta 1 or Beta 2?  That 2 specific Beta versions have problem with Mobile Data

Also, what is the version of your Carrier Profile?  either do a wireless update or via iTune, make sure you download the latest Carrier profile.
