My cell service keeps dropping,can't make calls or send texts,it'd been happening now off and on for awhile

My cell service especially for long distance callings have been fantastic for past year and until Monday, May 1, 2023. However, since yesterday, Tuesday, May 2, 2023, I tried to call same numbers and the call keeps dropping,can't make calls right up to last 10 seconds. Can one of your team members check and help me out? I subscribed to Public Mobile because of the long distance deal. I still have over 200 minutes left on my first add on long distance deal and had not touch another 500 minutes bonus on my account. Please help

What kind of phone do. you have? Brand and model?
does it work better in some area?
Do you have another phone to test the PM sim to confirm if it is a device issue?
or at least reseat your sim card

Verify your account is Active.
Does this issue occurs in particular area or anywhere?
Can you check your SIM in another phone to determine if it is SIM, your phone or service itself causing issues.
