Cell hacked?

Hi! 

Got dinged by a chat bot asking from a relative home sick.

They got my cell info and have now hacked into my Disneyplus account.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

If they got into one account they can get into all. Start by changing your password on your bank and PM. Then work on changing all your passwords on everything else.  Don't use the same password. Also run Malware scan on all your devices.

you should start by changing your PM login password

but this issue is more a security issue on your hand, that is not a PM issue.   It is more you got hacked with your email or phone, maybe app
