I recently just subscribe to a new plan and I checked my bank account and it was charged twice. How do I get a refund for the second payment?

I just checked the extra payment is in my ‘ available funds’ . But I just renewed my plan today . So I’m guessing I will have to keep it there for my next pay cycle next month ?

Log in to your Public Mobile account and see if the extra $$ are sitting in your Available Funds.. to be used for next plan renewal.
