Cant recieve messages

I ported my number and its successfully come over and i can make calls and send messages but i cant recieve messages. Ive sent my mom messages and she gets them but i dont get anyones messages. It says when i call my mom its from the number i ported so it did port it right but i cant get anyones messages their sending me

and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone?  If you cannot the port was not done

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
