Cant login into my account

I can't login Into my account because EVERSAFE wants to send me SMS but my sms hasn't worked since I ported to public mobile

can an agent please reset my account so I don't need to use EVERSAFE. I remember when I first signed up I didn't need to use EVERSAFE.

please any help would be appreciated

Your only solution is to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help.

you cannot even make outbound calls?

did you open ticket with PM support ?

HI @Jamaldaoud EverySafe is the current  login system PM uses and you cannot bypass the 2FA

So, you have not login for almost a year?  If so, you missed out the EverSafe migration.  I think you have not setup the Eversafe yet, if that is the case, you will need support agent to help .  please submit a ticket with CS Agent  by direct message:

This is crazy, ported two numbers over days ago and still have no service either. What are they doing!?!?
