Cant access my Rewards!!! Please Help!!

under my rewards page it sayd the following:

10 day plans are not eligible for rewards.

My account was in good standing..I added 32 bucks before my due date..said i my payment is zero..But my phone is not working and was suspended..please help pubic mobile.
