Hello,
For both me and my wife, when we try to access the Plan Details we get logged out. When we click Change Plans, the current plan is blank and there is no other plan we can change to. What is going on?
Notice that the current plan still works (I'm able to call, etc) but the self-serve is unusable at the moment. Thanks

Using porn private mode in firefox did the trick. Thanks.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.
