Hi everyone,
I just paid my bills yesterday, I supposed to have 1 gig of data.
It says its exhausted, but when I check the usage..I didn't.
A purchased 200mb addon i can see it added on my account, still...no internet.
My phone is nokia 4.2
Please help I really need it.

Have you just ported yesterday?
What services DO you have?
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for at least 3 minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again

Is it possible that your phone settings are restricting your data usage and that your renewal date on phone settings is tomorrow instead of today. If you move it (change date is the last entry in the drop down menu)

If data has never worked. First verify you have data by logging into your account and looking down the overview page to "My data and add-ons". It would show your data there. If all has been used nothing will display.
If data shows there and it is not working. Try these things.
1 - Put on airplane mode for a few minutes then turn off airplane mode and try data.
2- Reset network settings (note you will loose all saved wifi passwords)
3- Manually change the APN settings on your phone to the below.
Save then reboot phone and try the data. If still not working try these apn settings..
