Trying to transfer eSIM from iPhone 11 to 13 and iPhone 13 says sim transfer is not supported. How do I fix this?

no , you don't need to buy a different plan. You just download the app on the new phone, go to Account page and then buy sim from there and pick esim.

Unfortunately you can’t transfer the eSIM to another phone.
You will need to download the PM app on the iPhone 13 then login to your account and purchase a new eSIM for $5.
Free eSIM are for new activations and not for existing members.

Unfortunately, Public mobile eSIM can’t be transferred, you need to buy a new eSIM on the new iPhone 13 using the app, the good news, it’s free.

@Thomas261 , how did you do the transfer? I think you need to install the app on the new phone and purchase a new e-SIM which cost nothing.
