Cannot submit my payment

Hello I have suspended my account and it told me to make a payment by 24th (tmr) in order to get it back. However when I try to submit my payment, it wouldn’t let me. (I have autopay set up but it wouldn’t let me press the submit button). Please help I don’t want to lose my phone number Thankyou

i had the same probleme i wait like an hour and i re enter the card number and it was fine...make sure your new sim card is your phone and do restart

@Jsssfnggg Try using Chrome in intigonto mode. Also try clearing cache and cookies of the browser and try again. Try different devices and browsers.
