Hi I’m trying to reset my password but for Some reason when I try my secret questions are not working. I still have access to my original e-mail that I signed up with. I can even tell you my previous answers for those questions. I don’t understand.
is there any way you can help me. Please I really wanna get everything back to before.

@UltimateZ - are you a current customer with 90 days? If so, and your security questions are not working, contact CSA for help to get you back into your account.
