Hello, for about a week I've been having troubles sending emails. It's happening specifically in the new building I work. I can't send on wifi because they've purposely blocked those ports, so I turn off my wifi (yes I have data, yes I can send emails everywhere else) and they won't send.
It keeps saying "No Network connection"
I can receive emails no problem but it won't send.
Please help! Thanks.

Thanks for all the replies. I can literally do everything except send emails. Internet browsing fine, recieving emails, FB, Instagram, YT, you name it. It's quite bizarre.
I asked around the office and other people mentioned their phones don't work either so I guess there could be some sort of jammer here.
Thanks!

This is likely a cellular signal problem, and can be the cause of the actual building. If you are unable to connect to the network regularly, you will have to occasioanlly leave the building to establish a connection with the network to send emails.
If your work is limiting Wifi usage in that regard it is not hard to imagine that they have cellphone signal jammers in place like certain cinemas and public buildings.

@katiefleming , no network connection means exactly that, your phone is unable to connect to the network. This is likely due to low signal strength indoors. Try moving around in the building as the condition may only occur in certain parts. I don't understand how you can receive email work no network connection.

@katiefleming No network connection means that your data is not available within your building. Can you use your browser to surf? If no, can you make a call using your phone? If yes, then select your connection manually to 3G and you should be able to send out email.
