Cannot select new phone number

Hi,

 

Today i tried to register my sim card, but i keep on getting stuck on the select a new number. The drop down in the form doesn't seem to be populated with actual values, i cannot select anything (see screenshot)

 

I've tried to do this on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox & Edge), but all of them seem to have the same problem. 

 

Any idea how i can work around this?

I've tried your suggestions, but no luck. I had this same problem the other day, though at some point it stopped occuring and i could continue, however there were other reasons why i couldn't finish the activation.

 

I've sent my information to @Saray_O, so let's wait and see.

Try making sure your browser is location enabled so that your location isn't blocked. Might also want to try pausing or disabling any ad-blocker or pop-up blocker until you set up your account. Sometimes your computer's security features won't allow it to work depending on how high you have the security set.

 

Also if you are using a mac I had some trouble using safari the first time so had to use chrome to get it to work.
