I cannot register a plan on public mobile, see the error below

@Culliss did you use the Public mobile app? That is required to be downloaded on your phone.

were you using Change now option? if so, what happen if you use Change on Renewal?
wait an hour and try again using Incognito browser mode and PM app with Location Permission
if you just want to change plan on renewal, i think PM can help. You should open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
