Cannot receive text/talk?

Hi, cannot receive text or talk, but can send text and make calls.   Tried restarting phone, reseating SIM, airplane on/off, and so far nothing has helped.

You might want to network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords. 

You can also try the SiM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

Hi, I have been with PM for years.   Same sim and number.   Changed plans a few months ago but has been working fine on the new plan.

When they text, it just looks like a successful text, no error message.   When they call, it rings and then goes to voice-mail, but nothing shows on my end.

@munknown1234  Did you just try to port a number into PM ? If yes did you leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ?
