Did you request that Public Mobile transfer a phone number in from another carrier?  If that other carrier is another wireless carrier, then number porting has failed.  Please be sure to have the account number of your old carrier (or the IMEI of the last device used at Petro Canada/Speakout if that was your carrier). Then, go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type in "port request" to have the moderators resbumit the porting request.

@MCarra I am guessing you ported in your number from somewhere else? Did you leave your old sim card installed so you could reply to the Fraud Prevention SMS authorizing the port? If not, reinsert your old sim, leave it in until it doesn't work anymore that is how you know the port is complete. Then toss it and insert your PM sim. Contact a moderator with "Port Request" as a subject.

You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the chat bubble bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;

or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
