I recently switched my plan from Canada-wide to Province-wide calls but cannot receive or make any calls at the moment.

Try removing the sim and rebooting your phone.

Yes, it says active. I removed the texting option but data seems to work just fine.

What about texting or data? Does your self-serve account say active?
