I cannot send or receive calls on my cell phone. Public mobile account paid up to date(auto). Another odd thing happening: when my partner tried to call me it says you don't have US plan to make calls to USA! We are local calls only. This is weird. I tried turning cell phone off and on and rebooting, to no avail. Can you help?

Does texting in and out work, @Ueli ?
How about data - is it functioning?
If none of these work, along with the calling, likely that your account has suspended.
Perhaps missed payment by last cycle end date or auto-pay failed on a recent renewal?

From your partners phone dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and get the recording. I think your service is actually suspended. Or your partners if they're with Public (in which case they wouldn't be able to call that toll free). You could try 611 from your phone too.

if you have an iphone, go into settings then network settings and turn off automatic. Then pick public mobile and reboot. Let us know if it works.
If you have an android... sorry. LOL.
