Just curious the make and model of your phone?
Your phone must have VoLTE to make and receive calls. Check to see if it is VoLTE compatible by entering the IMEI of your phone.

Are you new to Public Mobile, or have you been with them for a while? If you could share a few more details about what's going on, the community would love to help you track down a fix. In the meantime, if you're already an existing customer, a quick network settings reset or toggling airplane mode on and off usually does the trick for a lot of people here.

Check your account if you really have service with PM.
Check your SIM in another phone.
Reboot phone... When did you join PM and did you EVER had service after joining?
