I ported over from Freedom Mobile recently for the 60GB over 90 days deal.
I can place calls just fine but when my GF calls me it goes straight to voicemail. Very frustrating. How do I fix this? Have reset network and phone already. eSIM shows activated with Public Mobile in settings on an iPhone 11 Pro.

This happens to me too after my phone dims or locks after a few seconds of inactivity.

I am assuming you reply with YES to the text with the Freedom SIM in your phone to complete your porting within the 90 minute window.
If you did then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If you missed the text, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to restart the porting process for you at:

Can you check with your old freedom SIM that you no longer have service on it?
Did you respond the the text to authorize the port within 90 minutes?

what you experiencing is normal when the port is not done
did you get a text from Freedom? you replied yes?
