Hello,
I cannot reactive my current plan, even after I have enough fund in my account, and have a 0 balance due.
Please help..

If your phone is not working this is a known issue that has affected some PM customers. The best way to fix it is to contact the Public Mobile Team The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

@nhwdhb You can try add $1 to your account and select your $10 plan again.

Did you try with incognito mode or a different browser?
