I'm having issues with my credit card not being processed, like some other users here. I checked and there is no issue with my credit card. Could someone help please? Thanks

@st-hunter Additional ideas:
a) call 611 and see if you can make a payment that way
b) purchase vouchers and call 611 to add them to your account
Meanwhile, if you need to make calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

@st-hunter, if you have tried multiple times I would verify with your card that you haven't been charged multiple times. I would also message a mod and have them assist with you.

Unfortunately, that seems to happen to some users and you will have to reach out to the moderators for help. Send them a message with a detailed description of your issue, include your account number, name, phone number, email and pin and they will be able to help you process your cc payment.
