My account got suspended as I was late to pay. I did pay and now the account is "active" when I log in online but I still cannot place calls / text. What do I do?

@candice12345 hi if you tried above suggestions and nothing is working for you it is possible there is a provisioning issue with your account, in that case
you need the help of a service rep

@candice12345 any error message on the phone status on top? any signal bars?
try changing to 3G only for your Preferred Metwork type and see if it connects

Can you try the Public Mobile SIM card in another device just to exclude your device as the issue?
If that works in another device, then check out your device if you obtained it used:

Hi i have tried both of those - private mode still says "active" and I did reboot the phone but does not work - text, call or data

@candice12345 hi did you reboot your phone ? take out your sim reseat it and reboot

@candice12345 the account showing active when you login with Incognito mode or Private mode?
try to reboot your phone once. Also, check if data works
