I was able to load funds into the wallet, but I just cannot pay for the service. It tells me it's expired and that if I have the funds it will take it automatically but it doesn't.

Please try the following :
- clear your browser's cache and history or
-use another browser such as chrome or safari.
- if you are using a credit card, make sure your name and address on PM account matches the credit card info.
If still nothing works, please send a private message to @CS_Agent explaining your issue and providing your phone number and account number and they will help you out.
