You could also try a network reset of your phone. Note: this will erased any saved Wifi passwords.

What is the make and model of your phone?
With the 3G shutdown you will need VoLTE to make and receive calls. Here is more information on VoLTE and enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible with PM network.

I also am having the same issue. no Telus outage in my area.

Also can try a simple reboot of your phone. which model phone do you use? Is it VOLTE compatible with PM network?
