I tried to log into my self serve account, but it just would not let me log in!
I've tried to change my password multiple times, and have successfully done so on each occation, but when I input the new password, it still give me the same log in attempt failed messgae!
Please help! I need to add the US roaming package asap!

yes I've tried Chrome, Edge, both normal and in-private/incognito

Even if you use the incognito mode or a different browser?

Oops...you can try with a different browser or in incognito mode..or you need to reach the moderator but before can you try with the 611? If it doesn't work ..here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain your problem...waiting time is few hours to 2 days..you can buy an US roaming when you will be there too..
