Hello, I purchased a new phone and am trying to log in to my Public Mobile account to request a new eSIM. The app requires me to validate via two-factor authentication at this point via text, but I cannot access text messages until I have a new eSIM installed. What do I do?

Thanks, I am an existing customer but unfortunately there is no option to send as email. I tried to message the inbox per the link PM provided but it looks like it just created a post here? Not sure how this works.

you are existing customers? try click Didn't Receive code or resend code, then choose send email or send voice message to get the code via email or via voice mall (call yourself from another phone, Press * when you hear the VM greeting and enter VM PIN)
