I have entered my email and password and I can’t get into my account. I go to change my password and it won’t accept my email. It looks like I’m locked out of my own account.

Are you a new customer?
Have you ever had access to your self service account?
If you're new and never had access did you by chance activate at a store?
Remember there is essentially two accounts. Forums (you're posting on) uses your username and then self serve that uses your email.
Is there any error message that the system gives you?
