What is the reason that you can't access your account?
If you are unable access account because you can't receive 2FA text, then you do have the option to get 2FA email. Click on didn't receive code and then email 2FA should be sent.
Then you can access account and check profile section for account number.

if you cannot even access My Account, you will need PM to help. You won't be able to submit a proper Chatbot ticket without the login, so, you can only message support using the link here:

Account number is needed only if you plan to port out to another provider, to complete the port out, you need to have an active plan.
Do you have an active plan?
if you have an active plan and your phone if working, you can’t access your account through SMS or email
send message to CSA so they can look into your issue

Open Public Mobile app, go to Account, you will fine Account number at the top.
