Cannot create profile / server slow / cannot reset password, cannot change payment

I have 3 accounts, and for some reason this month my autopay did not get taken out on the 13th, and now both my kids lines are suspended.  When i call in says I owe 12 dollars.  I dont remember if i registred there numbers and also when i try to create a profile the server keeps timing out.

 

I have been trying for 2 hours now and server keeps timing out.  I can log into my own account but when i try to clieck on payment tab to change autopay or to see if maybe credit card on file is expired its timing out.

 

What kinda BS service is this.

I agree, this is very common for PM and @Triguy suggestions should work, but most importantly when trying to create profiles use a different email address for each account.
