When asked to enter cellphone # it comes up invalid and wont allow to continue. Please give me some direction. I have been on live chat several times. they have directed me here.

If you are attempting first-time activation, the correct starting link to activate is here:

https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

 

If you have previously activated, you can attempt logging into the selfserve portal, but that requires an e-mail address and password (which can be reset by sending email to the previous email address):

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

If you activated your account online, your self-serve account was created with your email address as the username and the password you supplied during the activation process.

 

If you activated your account in store, you need to create your self-serve account yourself.  Can you call out or send text message?

If not, your activation may not be completed yet.

Is your phone showing "Public Mobile" at the top notification bar on your phone?

If not, another indication that you have not activate your account yet.

Please supply more info and we will advise you on your next step.

@Je56   You may need to clear your cache/cookies and use a different browser with incognito/privacy mode enabled.
