My plan expired. I didnt realize my Visa card was ending (card type was ending) and went to reactivate...It cannot confirm my Visa. I have tried many times. called my Credit Card provider and they told me it should be all good to go now. same problem. I tried putting 20$ in my PM wallet. It went after a few tries. On my Visa I have a bunch of transactions at 0. I turned on Auto pay when I first went to reactivate my account.. It has the 'next autopayment' as a day in the past. 27 march 2018. What do I do?

@mpenno Given your attempts I suspect you cannot recover your account without moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).
It does seem you can still access your account, so you could try one more time by first removing your credit card completely then re-entering. Purchasing vouchers and adding them to your account is another option.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi,

@mpenno, yet clearing the browser cache, incognito mode or different browser altogether. These are some strategies that work.
