having this same issue and just submitted a ticket but the ticket did not allow me to advise it was outgoing 1-800 numbers only.

I resolved my issue by turning on and off Airplane mode

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! Normally it would not have been a huge concern but this happened when I was away and locked out of my vehicle and completely unable to contact roadside assistance.

Thank you for this information. I followed those steps but the options when submitting a ticket are extremely vague. When the agent responds to the ticket do you know is it another full day before receiving a response?
