Have tried numerous times. Can you do that on your backend.

Is the voicemail pin the same as the one needed to add addons?

Now the pin is not working for my account.  @CS_Agent

@rm65453 if you have your credit card on file or available  funds, call 611 from your phone and you should be able to add teh minutes from there. PM is currently haveng a bug with their addons in selfserve

I am sure one of the Mods can help you from their end with adding the US  minutes add-on. I personally, did add the 400 minuts add-on a while back through the selfserve online store without any issues. Your best bet is to send a message to a Mod, and with you ID and situation, and I am sure you will get a remedy asap.

Please refrain from posting your account details on the forums. There is currently a glitch that is not allowing users to add add-ons in the system, which is why you are having problem doing so.
