Was able to get subscribed and welcome email only directed me to download the app, which I did. However, when I installed and logged on, the app states the phone is not ESIM compatible even though I checked with my IMEI through the site and it states it IS compatible. Is something buggy going on that I am unable to get activated?
I check my settings and my esim slot states that it is available on my iphone 13.

was looking for the button you were mentioning, but this is the only page I get or a link to support.
thank you though! I thought it is peculiar as both the IMEI said it was compatible and my phone said that it was compatible as well, makes me think it is a glitch in the app

Definitely contact a CS_Agent as suggested above if you are stuck, but thought I would mention that the system did the same for my phone which is also eSIM compatible. After entering the IMEI and receiving that message about not being compatible with eSIM, there should be a button to click that says something like "continue with eSIM anyway". Clicking that button will allow you to continue the activation with an eSIM. Hope this helps.

Yes the iPhone 13 is eSIM compatible so there could be a glitch on the app.
I would suggest that you contact a CS_Agent to give you assistance to activate the eSIM on your iPhone.
